Super-Boop

(via memepool)
Right on the heels of my Game Boy purchase comes Wilfred Castillo's Game Boy Music. Music made using the audio channels available to the classic Game Boy. "you're a hero on level zero" and "dance samurai dance" are my current favorites.

Looking back on this post, I don't think I've managed to convey just how awesome I think this sort of thing is.
First I'm all like DOG and then I'm all like MUSHROOM and then I'm all like ZOMBIE. It's as if someone reached down into my heart of hearts and pressed the "Awesome" button.

Yeah, I heard a piece on Game Boy music on NPR. Damn catchy stuff.

heya. so you got a blog afterall, eh? now why couldn't you be decent and make it livejournal. sup, man? i'm still in russia...but starting to devise ways to get out of here and go someplace else by the end of the year (anywhere but the states). watch me put my ivy league comp sci degree to use teaching esl in asia or bartending on a cruise ship...in a year.

Livejournal? Livejournal is the decent thing to do these days? Then truly, we are living in the last days. So what areas are candidates for someplace else? South America? Africa? Just Asia?
